Refund Policy

 30 day policy

  • If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

  • Returns will not be accepted if product is discontinued.

Eligible Items

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Item must be in resalable conditions and must also be return in the original packaging (box and bag.) This will prevent product from being damaged.

  • Only items bought from our website can be accepted. Proof of purchase may be required.

Returns

  • Please contact us at belarose2382@gmail.com to engage in return request, before making a return. In your email please include order number and reason for return.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please include packing slip inside the box as proof of purchase.

  • Please DO NOT send your purchase back to manufacturer or store address.

  • We will not be responsible for lost packages sent to another address not listed as Return Address.

  • Return Labels are available upon request, please note, costs of return label will be deducted from available refund.

Final Approval

  • All returns will be reviewed for final approval

  • All returns will be processed after final approval

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please note cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
